Buyer beware

I ordered 2 mystery boxes on feb 15. I was told (after I placed the order on the confirmation page) that it may take up to 4 weeks for mystery boxes. I waited. I email a couple of times to see where we were in the process. I got what appeared to be robo anwsers of "oh the response was so great it is taking a little longer". They shipped out a "i am sorry box" containing a tiny laundry soap, a mesh bag and a mask. The time to ship these silly sorry boxes should have been used to ship what we ordered UNLESS there is a supply issue going on. This seems to be the typical scam of let me sell something now and collect the money and when i can fill the order I will ship it. I still have not rec'd my boxes and it has now been 5 1/2 weeks. I previously ordered often from US. The stuff is pricey but I saved and bought the basics as I could ( the trench, a few dresses, tees of course and a few outfits at Christmas) I feel I have been had by this deal and now wonder what will be in the boxes, if they are going to be filling them with just whatever they can to get them out. I do not feel they have been transparent with what the issue really is. I will not be shopping with US anymore.
UPDATE: I did finally receive my boxes and they were excellent. No "filler" tshirts or lower end items.

Buyer beware

I purchased a $75 mystery box and I decided to take a chance on it because they ask you for your preferences. I chose bright colors, short sleeves, casual type clothes. What did I get? A black long sleeve dress, a Black long sleeve mesh piece to put over that dress and then I got a white Bando top. I was pretty mad because one of the questions they ask you is do you wear dresses or do you prefer a more casual and I selected more casual. So this basically tells me they don’t care what your preferences are they are just gonna get rid of anything that they have. Sent an email to customer service saying I was disappointed and they said oh we’re very sorry to hear that we will pass on your Input. If I thought they were just going to send me anything I would’ve never spent $75 but I thought it was going to be based on my preferences and it clearly was not. Buyer beware

I'm a convert now

I ordered my capsule collection during the start of the pandemic but had no reason to wear any of it until three days ago. I wore 3 pieces of it to the dentist and it was apparent that the quality of the fabrics was outstanding. The jeggings do not lose their stretch but neither do they constrict your stomach. I didn't feel like I had to get out of them immediately upon returning home. The white blouse was phenomenal. No wrinkles at all after wearing it for 9 hours. And the blazer is lined and fits like a glove, especially through the shoulders. I am five feet tall and weigh about 135 and I ordered XS. In other clothes I wear a 10 or so, so I was really scared to order XS but it was exactly right.
